The evening will be steeped in relaxation, supporting you to slow down and reset your cyclical rhythm. Slowing down at this time of year is hugely beneficial to our physical, mental and emotional state. You’ll be guided through a seasonal meditation, flowing into gentle grounding movement accompanied by a live immersive soundscape.
