There is also the potential to erect a marquee along the northern side of the hall, where there are 3 large windows/doors which would increase numbers by 30.
We also have portable staging that can be hired for a £60 one-off charge – the total surface area of the staging is 15 square metres, made up of six 2 metre by 1 metre units, and three 1 metre by 1 metre units. The stage can be set at 200 mm, 400mm or 600mm.
Wedding packages:
Venue Hire Package 1 – 6pm Friday to 12pm Sunday £950. (plus a £250 refundable damage deposit)
Venue Hire Package 2 – 8am Saturday to 12pm Sunday £775. (plus a £250 refundable damage deposit)

We are able to offer catering for meetings, i.e. coffee/tea and biscuits. Contact us for further information.

Available for drop in hot desking during open hours – no need to book.

Full catering kitchen that can be hired.
The village hall operates it’s own cafe service weekdays 10am to 2:45pm. If you require the kitchen during these hours, please discuss with the office.
If the kitchen is essential to your booking, we recommend that you book it out with your hall hire.
If you intend to undertake food preparation or arrange a bar for your event, you will be required to hire the kitchen with your booking, this will ensure sole use of the kitchen for your event.
Bars can be set up in the kitchen.

The costs of hiring the Hall are:
Main Hall £12 per hour
Community Room £10 per hour
Meeting Room £7.50 per hour
Exclusive use of the kitchen £25 one-off charge
All bookings are also subject to a 75p online booking fee.
Portable Staging £60 one -off charge.
Please note that set up, clearing and cleaning must be carried out within the booking period otherwise damage deposit will be lost.
