Over the last two weeks we have welcomed over 150 people from local schools and the community to Wereham Village Hall for two cinema showings as part of the 2019 Into Film Festival.
There were approximately 3000 events happening nationwide as part of the festival with over half a million young people and adults in attendance and we are extremely proud to be part of that. The two films on offer at Wereham were Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes and Song of the Sea.
Community Engagement & Activity Manager, Craig Terrington said ‘The events were a great success and provided us with a fantastic opportunity to showcase our brilliant facility and be part of such an amazing festival’ he added ‘feedback received from the two showings was very positive and we look forward to being part of similar, great events in the future’
As always, we rely on our team of dedicated volunteers to run these events and this was no different so a big thanks to everyone who was involved.
